School Improvement Team

The School Improvement Team brings together staff, administrators, and parents to share ideas, identify opportunities for growth, set meaningful goals, and guide the School Improvement Plan—all with a shared commitment to helping every student succeed.

If you have any questions about school policies or procedures,  would like to become a School Improvement Team member as a parent representative, or have ideas for school improvements, please contact the school at 704-872-3401.

Meetings are open to the public.  All SIT meetings take place in the Media Center.  Meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of each month. Meetings for 2026-2027 are August 5, September 22, October 6, November 17, December 1, January 5, February 2, March 2, April 6, May 5, and May 28.
